Dr Maria Alexandra Cutus
Dental Surgeon & Facial Aesthetics, DMD, BSc, MSc
Dr. Alexandra graduated in 2012 with a master’s degree in Dental Science. Since then, she has travelled extensively to refine her skills, attending innumerable lectures, hands-on courses, and conferences across Europe.
Passionate about both dentistry and facial aesthetics, Dr. Alexandra is dedicated to continuously advancing her knowledge through ongoing education and training. She is a member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and The Aesthetic Multispecialty Society in USA.
Known for her gentle approach and attention to detail, Dr. Alexandra enjoys building genuine relationships with her patients and helping them feel confident in their smiles. She has a particular interest in aesthetics and minimally invasive dentistry, combining natural-looking results with a patient-centred approach to care. Dr. Alexandra has been awarded Platinum Status as a Cayman Islands Invisalign provider.
Outside of clinical practice, Dr. Alexandra is actively involved with Cayman Island Medical and Dental Society and is proud to be part of the launch of Bite-Size Kindness, a dental charity initiative dedicated to giving back to the Cayman community by helping individuals with limited access to dental care.
Dr. Alexandra moved to the Cayman Islands in 2022 with her husband, Dannii, and quickly fell in love with island life and the local community.
